Jason Arday
Dr Arday is an Associate Professor in Sociology at Durham University.
He also has Autism, a hybrid form called global developmental delay and Asperger’s syndrome. By embracing his neuro-diversity, Jason has become a Visiting Research Fellow at The Ohio State University (Diversity and Inclusion), an Adjunct Professor at Nelson Mandela University (Higher Education Transformation) and a trustee of many different trusts, including the UK’s leading Race Equality Thinktank, the Runnymede Trust. Jason has a personal passion for raising money for charity – over £4.5 million pounds for 80+ national charities – and he was selected as an Olympic Torchbearer at the London 2012 Olympics.
